Digital Production Support Analyst

We are currently looking for smart and self-motivated Digital Production Support Analyst with the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and triage issues to identify and articulate the customer and business impact and priority
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with business and technical teams to drive issues to resolution while meeting agreed upon SLAs
• Document incident summaries and provide clear, supporting data and analysis
• Implement and configure tools and processes required for automated monitoring, alerting and reporting
• Implement custom queries, reports, alerts and dashboards in Splunk and New Relic
• Perform technical analysis using monitoring tools and querying to troubleshoot issues, identify root cause, and execute maintenance operations
• Identify and document SOPs for maintenance tasks
• Manage incidents throughout software development lifecycle; escalate issues appropriately and act as escalation support
• Determine test plan for and participate in testing of production fixes
• Guide and coordinate vendor activities and deliverables and ensure accuracy, high quality, and adherence to standards
• Effectively, consistently, and proactively communicate issue status, and related information to cross-functional teams and at all levels
• Generate and monitor reports on site health and performance
• On-call rotation support for critical system issues

Job Requirements / Minimum Experience, Skills and Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or technology-related field
• 2-3 years of experience in software development and/or production support
• Strong problem identification and solving skills; highly analytical
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Intellectual curiosity and drive to investigate issues and develop deep subject matter expertise
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented when faced with ambiguous and challenging problems
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment as well as independently
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, organized, and able to handle and prioritize multiple requests at once while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt plans and react to changing priorities
• Basic experience writing SQL queries
• Highly detail-oriented with consistent follow-through on issues and actions
• Preferred Experience, Skills and Education:
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Experience using tools like SVN, JIRA
• Experience using monitoring tools like Splunk, New Relic
• Knowledge of the SAP Hybris platform
• Knowledge of Java and Spring framework
• Experience managing
• Experience working with data feeds and ETL tools
