Required Technical and Analytical Skills:

•             Experience with claim processing systems in the health insurance industry

•             JCL, DB2 and SQL is a must

•             Experience with IBM Utilities and TSO/ISPF (Experience with various mainframe file and data manipulation tools such as Syncsort, Fileaid for VSAM)

•             Proven communication and documentation skills is a must

•             Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

•             Strong background in Microsoft office tools

•             Ability to work independently within a quickly changing environment with strict deadlines

•             Strong analytical skills

•             Strong attention to detail

•             Strong troubleshooting analysis skills

•             Must be a quick learner

•             Mainframe development background is a plus
