Java Architect (SOA and AWS)

Architect should be from strong Java/J2ee background with good TOGAF knowledge/certification.
Person should know the current technologies like AWS (Cloud), Node.js, Docker, NO SQl, Security framework and SOA principal
Should be aware of Architects tools and artifacts like Visio, UML diagrams, HLD , how to prepare architecture blueprint
It would be good if he executed any PCI compliance project. He asked me about PCI compliance policies.
