• Two or more ServiceNow implementation projects (ITSM services)
• Preferred – ServiceNow implementation certified
• Understanding of business and technical terminology around continuous improvement, key performance indicators, metrics, dashboards
Role Description
Manage recurring activities like job schedules, user access permissions, exception reports creation
• Maintain repository of available content and document best practices
• Work with application development teams to ensure application changes required are deployed successfully
• Accountable to ensure deliverables to business stakeholders are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes
