Need ITIL Consultant

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Duration: 6+ months

This position requires process management with extensive knowledge in ITIL methodology and expertise in ITSM tools. The primary responsibilities are:

• Define and manage release readiness and success criteria processes.
• Collaborate and manage release processes across all functions within IT and with business stakeholders.
• Drive change request process ensuring proper approvals and evidence are captured for all releases.
• Work closely with all support teams to follow up on open / pending tasks.
• Provide release communication to all stakeholders.
• Document the release scope and deliverables.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.
• Identifying gaps is the existing process to enhance change control processes for the IT releases.
• Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities.
