An Ideal Candidate must have:
• Senior Business Analyst -Team Georgia Marketplace eProcurement and Catalog Management
• The Department of Administrative Services Information Technology Division is seeking an individual with procurement knowledge and business analysis skills for a position with Team Georgia Marketplace™.  The Business Analyst analyzes, configures, troubleshoots and supports Jaggaer Catalog Management Applications and PeopleSoft Enterprise Supplier Relationship Management modules.   This individual should have knowledge of procurement tools and processes.  In this role, the individual will work directly with state entity procurement staffs to assist with enablement of Team Georgia Marketplace™ catalogs as well as support production use of the modules.

Job Responsibilities:
• Serves as job expert or organization resource for catalog management for Team Georgia Marketplace™
• Analyzes information to determine nature and extent of Supplier and customer requirements and concerns
• Assists in the development of standards and procedures used in development of new or enhancement of existing catalogs
• Provides oversite and support for security requirements and updates
• Assists with the implementation and troubleshooting of punch out and hosted catalogs
• Consults with vendors or technical staff to ensure that functionality of automated system is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations, and best practice standards by users
• Documents business processes for system changes or enhancements
• Serves as liaison between procurement professionals, suppliers, and the technical Provides customer support in the maintenance of systems
• Provides user support and training on new applications or new functionality.
• Guides and mentors less-experienced team members
• Tests new installations or upgrades
• Assists with managing content throughout the cycle of enablement
• Assists with University catalog enablements,
• Works with the procurement business analysts to resolve issues
• Assists with implementation of new Jaggaer features and functions
• Assists with Communications to the end user community
• Works with Contract Manager teams to update pricing files and content
• Manages data in the testing and training environments.
• Tracks Jaggaer deliverables for catalog enablements
• Manages data in the testing and training environments.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Strong project management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and critical deadlines
• Ability to interact with customers at all levels
• Ability to evaluate existing procurement workflows and tools and understand their structure and component parts
• Ability to determine and effectively document functional needs and system requirements
• Experience using SQL reporting tools

Preferred Experience
• 3-5 years eProcurement, Supply Chain or Contract Lifecycle Management software applications experience is preferred
