Job Description:
• Directs and develops, communicates and monitors quality assurance and testing project work plans and schedules for the application software development
• Supervises, monitors and develops systems project tasks and schedules for system development, maintenance or enhancement
• Tracks and controls project resources and staffing
• Creates reports on status of agency information security programs and projects.
• Directs subordinate supervisors and staff
• Manages human resource and employee relation functions
• Will manage large numbers of agency staff or have large scope of responsibility within agency.
• Analyzes trends to anticipate and adapt to changes
• Assesses and manages project risks, analyzing critical paths and establishing work breakdown structures
• Follows established project criteria and procedures for project activities, ensuring that priorities, objectives, and activities are consistent with agency and entity goals
• May manage internal projects or sub-projects of larger projects
• Serves as principal focal point for project implementation by coordinating and managing multiple 
• complex project activities following widely recognized industry standards for the formulation and 
• completion of work in the area of project management
