We are currently looking for smart and self-motivated Product Manager - Lease Wave with the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Title: Lease Wave Product Manager
Location: Round Rock, TX
Duration: 6+ Months - Contract
Experience: Minimum Years’ experience: 10 - 13+ Years – is a MUST

Passport Copy / Number & I-94 copy mandatory. H1B and DL copies (mandatory).

General Description:
• Owns the program and/or domain solution, priorities and functional release plan
• Creates program/domain MBIs and Features
• Owns functional release prioritization
• Develops and communicates the program and/or domain vision and roadmap
• Liaison between the Business and Product Owners
• Manages and prioritizes the flow of work
• Decomposes a Business Program into Minimum Business Increments (MBI)
• Refines MBI by decomposing it into Features - with respective acceptance criteria
• Engages with Product Owner(s) on Features needed to support MBI
• Defines Product Increment/Release Goals at a Program/Domain Level
• Coordinates priority and sequencing of feature sets of a MBI
• Attends Feature team(s) product demos/reviews
• Demonstrates working features to business partners
• Accepts/Rejects Product Releases
• Owns the end-user training

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or operations
• 5-8 years of industry experience in one of the below business areas:

Originations:
• Contract Booking (operations, credit, exposure, TAX)
• Accounting Reconciliation (accounting, cash, funding, reconciliation, treasury)
• Customer Care (contract management, care, collections, end of lease, print services)
• Reporting (reporting and archive and purge)
• Data Migration
• Experience working with LeaseWave product
• Understands the market, the business needs, as well as the team capabilities
• Ability and authority to make decisions and define strategy at a Program/Domain Level
• Ability to coordinate among and across the Product Owners of each Agile Team
• Always available to the Product Management Team
• Leads the Product Management Team synch up
• Attends the Scrum of Scrum
• Attends the Release Management synch meetings
• Key member of Program team along with Program Manager and Solution Architect

MUST HAVE: 
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or operations.
• Experience working with LeaseWave product. Flexible schedule and ability/willingness to work with global teams and across multiple time zones.
• Creates program/domain MBIs and Features
