Base: JIRA Cloud and JIRA On-prem Instance
Minimum requirements:
- Experience in developing workflows and screens in JIRA Service Desk (> 1 yr)
- Comfortable based on experience calling into 3rd party API form within JIRA workflows (> 1 yr)
- Experience in developing reports from within JIRA (> 1yr)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment (We follow SAFe)
