Location: Quincy, MA
Duration: 6+ Months - Contract

An Ideal Candidate must have: Ansible Solutions Architect (Ansible implementation experience – Minimum 3 plus years mandatory.)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• 14+ years of experience in building large scale distributed, services-oriented systems
• Should have worked in a highly agile development environment
• Modeling as-is state and recommending to-be architecture for business processes and application interactions
• Assist with the strategic alignment between project level design and program level design by mapping between architectural documentation and project level documentation; and mapping between program level documentation and enterprise level documentation.
• Provide expertise to information technology teams in strategic planning by collaborating on technology selection decisions (for example, OS platform, DBMS, server locations, network connectivity)
• Experience working with business stakeholders
• Knowledge of architecture principles
• Good presentation skills targeting both business as well as technical stakeholders
• Strong aptitude for using models to describe information systems and experience with implementing business strategy with technology
• Strong Java skills and object-oriented design experience, including strong working knowledge of the Java web technology platform, applied use of design patterns, JSP and servlets using open source frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate etc. (Spring preferred)
• Experience using ORM tools/frameworks
• Experience refactoring large application into scalable modern highly scalable architecture
• Experience with scalable SaaS/Multi-tenant Architecture
• Experience with IBM WebSphere, MQ and ESB Platforms
• Experience working with Cloud Platforms (Google, AWS, Private Cloud)
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git Hub, Puppet etc.
• Good understanding of database concepts. Experience working with Oracle
• Continually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that can be leveraged to strengthen organization’s technology platform
• Lead in specification review, design review and code review and provide effective feedback
• Ensure implementation of software engineering best practices, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) – Ansible (Minimum 3 years of experience), unit testing etc. to ensure good quality of delivery 
• Submit effective, concise communication regarding issues, objectives, and initiatives
• Financial Services experience including experience with complex forecasting algorithms a plus
