• Logical thinking, Writing Programs Debugging (MUST)
• Unit Testing/Boundary Case handling (MUST)
• Coming with Multiple Possible Solutions and Choice of Solutions (Best fit) (MUST for Experienced)
• Code review, optimizations, best coding practices. (MUST)

Technologies:
• JAVA/JAVA EE (MUST)
• Spring (ADDED)
• JSP, Servlets, Tag Libraries (MUST)
• Web : HTML, CSS, Java script, JQuery, Ajax (MUST)

Understanding (MUST UNDERSTAND)
• Request and response.
• URL, Query String, Server/Client

JS Frameworks for Visualization : (ADDED)
• HighCharts
• D3
• Understanding Complex code base/Frameworks. (MUST for Experienced)
• Understands Different Databases/ Data Storages (MUST) Structured, Non structured, Relational/Hierarchical databases e.g. Oracle, MS SQL, CSV/EXCEL, File System, Logs, MongoDB, Hadoop etc.
• Good with SQL Queries, Understanding the Data Storage Schema. (MUST)
