Act as point person for Early Intervention end user support in day-to-day system use
Identifies, researches and resolves automated system issues
Recreates user reported bugs and system issues and identifies root cause
Submits and manages bug requests
Manages Chatter and EI Data System Form to identify and communicate resolution of user submitted bugs/errors
Creation of new user profiles
Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure requirements have been met
