Technical requirements for the potion are as follows:

• Server, laptop, and workstation hardware diagnostics and repair
• Other low voltage skill pertaining to control wiring, physical cable plant, and general wiring
• Telecom/CCTV wiring, distribution amplifiers, and security recording systems
• Application software troubleshooting and support
• Microsoft Windows v7 or v10 and related drivers support
• Microsoft Office installation and support

Ability to understand the following technologies are requested but not required

• Cable TV / Dish system distribution and support
• PLC Programmable Logic Controllers for facilities systems
• Security and access control systems
• Network IP addressing in a routed and internet accessible environment
• Remote network VPN connectivity
• There will also be support in the area of one to one training in use of related software
• Travel to other DJJ sites is sometimes required.
