Webcenter Support Services

Provide support services for the DOAS Webcenter Suite consisting of:

Current architecture review and recommendations.
Support for design of information architecture
Support for design of metadata
Support for integration to Peoplesoft
Support for ingesting files from various sources
Support of administrative activities such as users, security, adding new content
Support for training agency personnel
Support for user interface enhancements.
Support provided will be on ad hoc ticket basis, as well as, for longer, predefined projects.
