Roles & Responsibilities:
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Discovery module and how it integrates with the CMDB.
• Experience on working with CMDB.
• Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations and procedures
• Work within the Discovery Lifecycle including:
• Port Scan phase utilizing the Shazzam probe.
• Classification phase
• Identification phase
• Exploration phase
• Service Mapping
• Perform verification on Asset Records and CIs - Process requests to add/maintain Asset Records and CIs.
• Responsible for updates to the system and continuous updates within Discovery.
• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Discovery module and how it integrates with the CMDB.
