Assigned responsibilities:

• Track assets as they relate to Inmate Education
• Perform administrative duties in the Google Administrative Console
• Procure, configure, assign, and support Chromebooks for Inmate Education initiatives
• Coordinate and track Infrastructure requests through the GETS process
• Coordinate and track Managed Network Services through the GETS process
• Liaison between Office of Information Technology, Inmate Education, and vendors
• Provide monthly updates, or as requested, as it relates to Inmate Education
• Coordinate and test with the agency Information Security Officer on vetting Whitelist and Blacklist websites
• Develops and updates materials for customized training
• Maintains knowledge of current trends via conferences, in service training, workshops, and webinars
• Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work, operates effectively within the organizational structure
• Performs other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Network infrastructure support
• Google Administrative Console experience
• Chromebook support and configuration
• Good Written / Oral Communications
• Good Organizational Skills
• Travel required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
