An Ideal Candidate must have: "Sr. Performance Test Manager"
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Strong foundation and experience in Performance Testing
• Experience in performing Performance Testing and Performance Engineering on AWS (or other cloud providers too) would be an advantage
• Experience in Agile methodology and working on large scale migration projects
• Understand functional content of assigned projects and the potential performance impacts
• Understand and validate performance test objectives
• Translate performance specifications/requirements/criteria into effective performance documents/artifacts: test plan, strategy and test cases
• Participate in application and technology requirement gathering, design and functionality reviews when required
• Maintain a working knowledge of test environment logical and physical, software and hardware architectures
• Identifying performance issues using Performance Diagnostics Tool, analyzing the results and sharing the observations with the stakeholders
• Setting up monitors and gather the performance statistics during the test execution
• Analyze performance test results and share with business, development and internal team members as appropriate

• Have been involved in end to end performance testing projects
• Have worked in projects with extensive Offshore and Onshore coordination
