PeopleSoft HCM Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:
- Designs and develops PeopleSoft ePerformance and Workforce Management tools
- Develops change management plans for transition to new functions or system upgrades
- Develops and documents business processes for users of new functions or upgraded system
- Provides customer support for performance templates, documents and performance processes
- Provides support for complex customer issues.
- Tests or coordinates testing of new features or upgrades
Technical Competencies:
- Expertise in ePerformance administration (9.2) including creating and managing documents, templates, sections, performance calendar, etc.
- Working knowledge with HCM Workforce Administration, Position Management, and Content Catalog
- Working knowledge of PS Query to create and run queries related to ePerformance and ratings
- Ability to evaluate existing PeopleSoft functions and understand their structure and component parts
- Ability to determine function needs and system requirements
- Ability to problem solve application and user issues and identify solutions
