Need Sr IT Business Analyst

General Job Description:

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the coordination and completion of IT projects including experience documenting user stories, diagrams and acceptance criteria and collaborating with product, development and QA teams is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with our business partners and technology teams.

• Works with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Combines all business requirements into a clear, managed, prioritized backlog.
• Conducts analysis that identifies current state business processes or system gaps and presents ideas for process and systems improvement that assist in meeting customer needs.
• Own story card quality. Collaborate with subject matter experts, sponsors, developers and QA to reduce potential gaps in requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes/systems and propose new solutions to enhance current business processes, operations, and information process flows.
• Define, facilitate, implement, and support IT solutions to meet business needs.
