An Ideal Candidate must have: "Drupal Developer"
Drupal Developer to support web-based content management systems for a Federal agency.  The Developer will have broad experience in web application development, requirements, and design.  He or she will be comfortable working in an agile environment, working on multiple projects at the same time and planning his or her time effectively, and achieving the results on time and with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with clients, subject matter experts and project team in the development of database-driven Web sites
• Design, develop, and maintain Web sites and Web-based solutions utilizing Drupal and other Web-based technologies
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines
• Participate in design and architecture of software to meet business requirements.
• Maintain hands-on development and evolution of the front-end of our various internal and customer-facing PHP / Drupal web properties - themes, nodes, modules, panels, etc.
• Develop and implement modules in PHP and Drupal supporting web application functionality as necessary to meet requirements and design.
• Iterative design, development, and support of Drupal and PHP modules.
• Integrate back-end web services with Drupal and PHP based front ends.
• Create and maintain Drupal database reporting using MySQL.
• Provide documentation as required and participate in code reviews, planning sessions, and routine status stand-ups.
 
Job Requirements:
• Candidate should at least have  2-4 years of Drupal Development experience. 
• Candidate should have strong front-end knowledge (JS, JQuery, CSS3, HTML5)
• Some understanding of JS framework (Angular JS, Backbone JS)
• Candidate should also have Drupal Administration Exposure
• Expertise with SCSS, LESS, SASS CSS preprocessor language is a must.
• Expertise with Drupal 7 core modules and contributed modules.
• Experience with theming and template over-riding, responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility/disability requirements (Section 508) is desired
• Module development and GIT experience are desired.
• Database programming experience, using one or more of Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL or other relational databases
• Experience working with APIs, integrating with external web services (REST, XML, JSON) or 3rd party tools
• Working knowledge of the LAMP stack.
• Experience working on migration of Drupal 7 sites to Drupal 8.
