Need IT Business analyst with healthcare exp

Location: Atlanta,, GA

Duration: 6+ Months

• Works with business stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Combines all business requirements into a clear, managed, prioritized backlog.
• Conducts analysis that identifies current state business processes or system gaps and presents ideas for process and systems improvement that assist in meeting customer needs.
• Own story card quality. Collaborate with subject matter experts, sponsors, developers and QA to reduce potential gaps in requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes/systems and propose new solutions to enhance current business processes, operations, and information process flows.
• Define, facilitate, implement, and support IT solutions to meet business needs.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND two years of recent relevant business analyst experience, with a progression in responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:  Proven experience analyzing, standardizing and improving processes with innovative business solutions.

Healthcare IT experience:

Agile project methodology experience

Skilled with using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite

Skilled at conflict resolution

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate to management, business, and technical personnel
