Responsibilities:
• Provide DataPower architecture, development, and/or administration services
• Ability to develop, configure, troubleshoot and deploy solutions using IBM DataPower SOA Appliances
• Ability to work on Data Power Service Gateway and the Data Power Integration Appliance, both physical and virtual
• Ability to set up Multi-Protocol Gateways, XML Firewalls
• IBM DataPower development activities like service design, creation, AAA creation. XSLT, XQuery, GatewayScript, XSD, SOAP web services, REST services, SAML
• Implementation enterprise Application Delivery and F5 Load Balancing strategy, design solutions, and ongoing technology refresh and enhancements to meet lifecycle management and business requirements.
• Implement enterprise Application Delivery and Load Balancing strategy, design solutions, and ongoing technology refresh and enhancements to meet lifecycle management and business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and enterprise security configuration standards (includes security vulnerability assessment, mitigation planning and implementation)
• Take care of the Logging issues of the F5 load balancer and how it works with the syslog servers making sure the communications through the switches and routers and firewall hops work as expected.
• iRules experience - routing traffic to specific servers in F5, depicts traffic flow, pick out.
