Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience that includes accountability for the HR functions in a diverse environment.*
• 5+ years strong recruitment experience required*
• *5+ years managing HR/ associate relations with an hourly workforce in a fast-paced environment required

• *Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or business-related field preferred

*

• SHRM CP-SCP/PHR/SPHR helpful.*
• Strong oral and written skill set.**
• Strong organizational skills.**
• Experience with ADP platforms, including E-Time, Enterprise, ADPRM helpful.**
• Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 operation.*

Responsibilities

• Execute a best-in-class talent acquisition process focused on attracting and retaining high performing talent.
• Recruits, interviews, tests and select associates to fill vacant exempt and non-exempt positions across the KANE network of DCs
• Identifies trends in turnover and recommends solutions.
• Effectively coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, programs and corresponding impact to the business.
• Ability to recommend and create effective counseling or coaching documentation.
• Manages resolution of associate relations investigations to ensure fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values.
• Manages HRIS and administrative tasks to provide proper and accurate data entry, maintenance and reporting in a timely manner.
• Coordinate/conduct new hire and new leader orientations.
• Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
