Guide the Scrum Team in maintaining the Product Backlog , define Sprint Goal & Spring backlog, prepare and share Agile Project Status ( Burn down Charts), conduct Daily Standup Meeting,
Help remove impediments raised by the Scrum Team
Involve in Scrum Master Recruitment and Team Building Activities.
Remove the barriers between development and the Product Owner, thus hep Propduct Owner directly drive development
Teach the Product Owner how to maximize ROI and meet his/her objectives through scrum.
Help development team by facilitating creativity and empowerment.
Improve the productivity of the development team in all the possible ways
Improve the engineering practices and tools so that each increment of functionality is potentially shippable.
Keep information about the team’s progress up-to-date and visible to all parties.
Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
Teaching the scrum team to create clear and concise Prodcut Backlog iteams
