Need Help Desk Analyst 2
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6+ Months
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND One year related experience OR Associate’s/Vocational/Technical degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of related experience OR Five years of related experience. Note: An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferences will be given to applicants that in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications, possess one or more of the following skills:
1. Experience providing technical support to users in PC hardware and software installation and maintenance.
2. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
3. At least 2 years’ experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment or a Call Center environment
4. Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
5. Excellent Customer Service Skills
6. Remote troubleshooting skills
7. Certification in a closely related field.
8. Experience with a ticketing software
