Job Description: 

• Facilitating analysis sessions
• Gathering and preparing business user requirements for system changes
• Analyzing and modeling requirements
• Creating test plans, test cases and test scripts to validate business requirements
• Testing and coordinating testing of new installations and upgrades
• Consulting with vendors and technical staff to ensure that functionality of automated system is consistent with adherence to laws, regulations, and best practice standards by users
• Assisting in the development of standards and procedures used in development of new or enhancement of existing systems
• Participating in the establishment of standards and procedures to be used in the development of systems
• Researching and analyzing system/user problems by applying a variety of analytical and research techniques
