• 6+ years of IT experience with strong leadership skills and communication skills
• Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE especially with Java web service development.
• Strong knowledge and work experience in design and development of Web services using Java.
• Development experience in Hibernate and strong knowledge in OR mapping concepts.
• Exposure to Service oriented architecture and server side SOAP Web services and XML.
• Exposure to IBM development tools such as RAD and knowledge about Websphere server.
• Strong understanding of database fundamentals and expertise in writing Stored procedures and sql queries.
• Experience with all aspects of Software development life cycle.
• Good communication skills, leadership skills and analytical skills.
• Working experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies
