An Ideal Candidate must have: Sr. DevOps Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge of latest build and deployment automation technologies.
• Self-starter with ability to learn and operate independently without much supervision.
• 5+ years of experience building continuous integration and continuous deployment/delivery solutions utilizing tools such as: Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, Ansible, Puppet, Nexus Repository, Artifactory or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Jenkins CI / CD automation and administration experience.
• 3+ years of experience using code quality and static code analysis tools such as: WhiteSource, SonarCube, Coverity, Tinfoil and Quality gates
• 2+ years of experience with making DevOps architectural decisions, tool selection and best practices.
• 2+ years of experience developing complex CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins 2.x DSL to promote software from development to QA to staging to production environments.
• 2+ years of Docker experience with skills to configure, and manage Docker and docker images.
• 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes configuration, concept, and management
• Experience developing CICD for Java, NodeJs and Python applications.
• Strong scripting skills – Bash, Perl and Python preferred
• Understanding of multi-tier application and micro-service architecture
• Experience with agile methodology for software development
• Experience using Agile tools such as Rally or JIRA
