1.Responsible for design and configuration of Success Factors modules in scope
2.Define design specifications in line with the business requirements
3.Configure the solution to meet both the business requirements and overall design principles
4.Perform playback sessions and make changes based on any additional configuration elements
5.Perform Unit Testing to validate with respect to functional specifications
6.Assist with integration development and specification design
7.Perform knowledge transfer to steady state team
8.Participate in training activities
9.Support system during go-live
