· Create test cases
· Manual execution of test plans as well as exploratory testing
· Provide test execution results
· Provide weekly status reports
· Provide monthly delivery review sessions
· Assist in prioritization and planning of customization projects
· Provide recommendations on best practices and process improvements around quality assurance
