Need Sr Java Developer
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 12 + Months

On site from day one

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• High level of proficiency in coding, core Java, JavaScript, HTML, and XML
• Will be using Angular and Bootstrap for UI eventually, so any experience with those is a plus
• Knowledge of relational and transactional databases and ability to write and analyze basic SQL queries
• Sound technical and analytical skills
• Experience in an Agile development methodology--must be able to keep up with fast-paced, RAPID development; 2 week sprints & monthly releases
• Experience with the AWS platform a plus, as well as knowledge/experience in CI/CD processes
• Decent tenure in roles--doesn't want to hire candidates that have only done short contracts throughout their career or had multiple short-term employed positions
