Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

• 5-7 years of overall testing experience as a lead QA engineer supporting enterprise web applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in UI and API testing Lightning Salesforce applications
• Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture and concepts is required.
• Proven experience in writing and executing manual test cases (functional, end to end, integration, etc.)
• Thorough understanding of SDLC, QA processes in an Agile delivery environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of testing fundamentals and test case design techniques.
• Proficient with bug tracking and test management tools (Zephyr for JIRA) to support development processes.
• Ability to write intermediate to complex SQL scripts to create and manipulate data along with experience in Data migration testing.
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with a wide range of people.
• Employs a collaborative and team orientated approach.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
